This 5qt food mill features a wide 12-3/4" diameter opening and includes 5 interchangeable plates, each with different shape and size perforations for a variety of textures. • Choose between 5 sieves: 4 w/ round perforations (8mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2mm) and 1 w/ rectangular perforations (3mm x 8-1/2mm)
