The Winco EDM-2 rotating pizza warmer and merchandiser is a commercial-grade pizza warmer ideal for use in pizzerias, restaurants, concession stands and more. Keep your foods fresher for longer with this heat and passively humidity controlled merchandiser. The specially engineered airflow pattern is designed to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity around the foods ensuring pizza stays at the ideal serving temperature and moisture. Excess liquids are collected in a humidity control tray that can be easily emptied. This pizza warming merchandiser holds (4) 14” pizza pans. An optional pretzel is sold separately. The racks rotate to ensure even heating. The pizza warmer has a black powder-coated exterior and stainless steel interior. Clear view tempered glass on all sides ensure an appetizing appearance from any angle. A rear door quickly opens and closes minimizing temperature fluctuations.
